5 pilot facilities · chosen carefully · 3 slots left

No more double bookings.
No more “available pa?” at midnight.

DinkOS holds the court the second someone starts booking — 5 minutes to pay, or it goes back up automatically. And an AI assistant answers “available pa?” for you, around the clock. Built for PH pickleball facilities with 4+ courts.

Reserve your pilot slot

Already running live bookings at Dink Dynasty.

You didn't open a pickleball facility to babysit a group chat.

But here's what your week actually looks like:

11:47 PM. “Sir available pa po ba court 3 bukas ng 7?” You're in bed. You check the spreadsheet anyway, because if you don't answer tonight they'll book somewhere else.

The payment gap. Someone sends GCash proof on Messenger. Your staff has to see it, verify it, then manually block the slot. That window — sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes two hours — is where double bookings are born.

Saturday, 6 PM. Two groups show up for the same court. Both have receipts. Both are right. You refund one, eat the goodwill hit, and hope they don't post about it.

And the coordination tax. Three staff members in a group chat trying to remember who blocked what. One misses a message. It happens again.

None of this is a staff problem. It's a timing problem — and software fixes timing problems.

We didn't go looking for our first facility. They came to us.

Charlene at Dink Dynasty reached out before we had anything to sell. She'd been running the same GCash-on-Messenger workflow every pickleball facility in the country runs, and she was tired of the same Saturday evening argument over who had court 3.

So we built the smallest possible thing that would fix it: the court is held the instant someone starts booking it. They get 5 minutes to pay. If they don't, it releases on its own and someone else can take it. No verification window, no manual blocking, nothing for anyone to miss.

It's been running their bookings ever since. Now we're opening it to four more facilities.

One page that closes the gap.

DinkOS doesn't change how your customers pay. It changes what happens the moment they do.

Held the second they start booking

The slot disappears for everyone else while they pay — 5 minutes, counting down on screen. Nobody else can grab it, and nobody on your staff has to block it.

The DinkOS assistant answering a Taglish availability question with real open slots and rates

An AI assistant that answers “available pa?” for you

It reads your live schedule and replies in plain language — open slots, rates, hours. Players ask the way they'd ask you, and get an answer at 11 PM without waking you up.

Staff bookings queue showing reserved, expired and for-approval bookings

Every booking, one screen, one truth

Reserved, expired, waiting for approval — your staff see the same list and act on it in one click. Notice the expired ones: those courts released themselves and went back up for sale without anyone touching them.

What actually changes on Monday.

A 5-minute hold on every booking

The slot is taken off the board while they pay.So two customers can never hold the same court.

Unpaid holds release themselves

No payment in 5 minutes, the court goes back up.So nobody has to chase or clean up abandoned bookings.

An AI assistant on duty 24/7

It answers availability, rates and hours from your live schedule. So you stop answering the same questions at midnight.

One shared schedule

Every staff member sees identical, current data.So nobody double-blocks or misses a message.

Booking history you can read

Who booked what, when, and what they paid.So disputes end in ten seconds, not ten minutes.

Nothing changes about GCash

Same account, same payment habit your players know.So there's nothing new to teach anyone.

Then it starts making you money.

Stopping double bookings is the reason people sign up. This is the reason they stay.

Charge what peak hours are actually worth

Pick your days, set the window, set the rate — weekdays 3–11PM at ₱400, off-peak at ₱300. The system prices it automatically from then on: no staff judgment calls, no awkward conversations at the desk. One hour repriced from ₱300 to ₱400 covers more than five booked court-hours of DinkOS.

Peak time pricing configured for weekdays, 3PM to 11PM, at ₱400 per hour

Give people a reason to become members

Members book a full day earlier than guests, and get perks and vouchers you write yourself — a free guest pass, off-peak discounts, priority on open play seats. Early access to prime Saturday slots is worth paying for, and membership is revenue that arrives whether they play that week or not.

Sell seats, not just courts

Open Play sessions let players join individually instead of needing three friends and a whole court. Eight seats at ₱150 brings in ₱1,200 for a two-hour session — half again what the same court earns rented whole at peak. It's the cheapest way to fill dead hours, and it's how new players get started at your venue instead of somebody else's.

Two active open play sessions with seats filling up

Lock in the regulars

Coaches and leagues request a recurring slot — Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7–9PM through August — and you approve it in one click. Approval writes every session into the schedule at once, so a month of bookings is locked before the month even starts.

Two pending recurring block booking requests awaiting approval

And every morning, one screen tells you where you stand.

Court sales, open play sales, utilisation, and what's still waiting on a receipt — for today, without opening a spreadsheet.

Dashboard and perk examples use sample data — real facility figures stay private to each owner.

“Wala na kaming double booking after using DinkOS.”
— Charlene, owner, Dink Dynasty

Setup takes an afternoon. We do most of it.

You send us your court list and hours

Court names, operating hours, your rates. One message is enough.

We build and load your booking page

Including migrating whatever bookings you already have on the calendar. You don't start from an empty schedule.

You share one link and stop worrying about it

Post it on your FB page. Reply to the next “available pa?” with it once. From there the assistant handles the asking and the page handles the booking.

We're taking five facilities. You'll recognise yourself in one of these.

Two kinds of owner get the most out of a pilot. A lot of the courts talking to us right now haven't even opened yet — that turns out to be an advantage.

You're opening soon, and…

  • You're building toward 2 or more courts and haven't chosen a booking system yet
  • You'd rather launch with online booking than bolt it on after the habits have set
  • There's nothing to migrate — no spreadsheet, no group chat, no legacy mess. We set you up clean.
  • You want your first players to meet something that already looks established
  • Your staff learn one system from day one instead of unlearning a group chat later
  • An empty court costs you nothing. You pay per booked hour, so the months before you open are free by design.

You're already open, and…

  • You run 2 or more courts and take payment through GCash
  • You've refunded a double booking recently enough to still be annoyed about it
  • You'll give us one afternoon to set it up and train your staff
  • You'll actually tell us what's broken — we're building this around five facilities, and yours should be one of the voices
  • You want your prime hours priced like prime hours
  • You'd like your evenings back from answering “available pa?”

Either column works. The five slots go to the owners who'll actually put it to work.

What a pilot facility gets.

We're taking five facilities, and we're setting up each one personally.

Reserve one of the five slots
₱2,500
Credited to your first invoice

Continue after the pilot and it costs you nothing — the ₱2,500 comes straight off your bill. We ask for it because setting up a facility properly takes us a full day, and we'd rather spend those days on owners who are serious.

Reserve my slot — pay ₱2,500

Not ready to pay yet? Message us on Messenger and we'll talk first →

You'll get GCash payment details and a receipt upload on the next screen. If DinkOS isn't for you after 30 days, you walk away with your data and no further obligation — the deposit covers our setup time.

And after the 30 days?

We'd rather you know now than find out later.

₱18per booked court-hour

You only pay when you earn. That's under 5% of what you already charge for that slot — and an empty court costs you nothing.

No monthly minimum. No per-staff seats. No setup fee. Every feature included at every facility size.

And turn on peak pricing — a single hour moved from ₱300 to ₱400 pays for more than five booked court-hours of DinkOS.

Everything that's included.

No tiers, no add-ons, no “that's on the higher plan.” Every pilot facility gets all of it.

Fair questions.

Do my customers still pay through GCash?

Yes. DinkOS changes nothing about how money reaches you — same GCash, same account. What changes is that the court is held the moment they start booking, instead of whenever a staff member gets around to blocking it.

What if someone books but never pays?

The hold expires after 5 minutes and the court goes straight back up for anyone to book. You don't chase them, and you don't have to remember to un-block anything.

Will the AI give players wrong information?

It doesn't guess — it reads your actual schedule, rates and hours at the moment it's asked. If a court got booked thirty seconds ago, that's what it tells them.

Does the AI replace me talking to my customers?

No. It handles the repetitive questions — what's open, how much, what time you close. Anything unusual still comes to you, just without the ten daily messages buried around it.

Is 5 minutes enough time to send GCash?

For anyone who already has the app open, yes — and that's most players. If it turns out your regulars need longer, tell us and we'll adjust the window for your facility.

Do I have to stop using Messenger?

No. Most of your regulars will keep messaging you, and that's fine. The difference is you send them one link instead of checking a spreadsheet — and the ones who'd rather self-serve now can.

My staff aren't techy. Can they actually use this?

If they can use Messenger, they can use DinkOS. It's one screen showing every court. We also train your team during setup, and we're a message away after.

What happens to the bookings I already have?

We move them over for you before you go live. You won't be asked to re-enter anything, and nobody with an existing booking loses their slot.

Why is there a ₱2,500 deposit if the pilot is free?

Because we set up each facility by hand, and a day of that is worth protecting. The deposit comes off your first invoice, so if you continue with us the pilot genuinely costs you nothing — it just tells us you're serious enough to be worth one of five slots.

What if I want out after the pilot?

Then you're out — no contract, no exit fee, and we'll export your booking data so you keep it. The deposit stays with us to cover the setup, and that's the end of it. A pilot you can't leave isn't a pilot.

Is my customer data safe?

Your booking and customer data belongs to you. We don't sell it, we don't share it with other facilities, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.

We haven't opened yet. Is it too early to start?

It's the easiest time. There's nothing to migrate, your staff learn one system instead of unlearning another, and because you pay per booked hour, the months before you open cost you nothing. We'd set you up now and start your 30 free days from opening week, when they're actually worth something.

I only have 4 courts. Am I too small?

No — 4 courts is exactly who this is built for. And because you pay per booked hour rather than a flat fee, a smaller facility pays proportionally less.

Why only five facilities?

Because we set each one up by hand and answer your messages ourselves. We'd rather do that properly for five than badly for fifty — and we'd rather those five be facilities that will actually use it and tell us the truth about it.

Three pilot slots left.

Thirty days of everything, set up by us, and you can still walk away at the end. ₱2,500 reserves your slot and comes straight off your first invoice.
